Steve Bone is President/CEO of Member Access Processing (MAP), a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) with the sole focus of helping credit unions serve their members and grow their card portfolios.
Steve believes company values guide every decision. MAP’s core values provide the foundation for a team that operates with integrity, a bias for action and a service-oriented mindset devoid of entitlement. By leveraging the best people, processes, and tools, MAP runs optimally as an organization that emphasizes transparency, connectivity and delivers on its unwavering commitment to exceptional service and growth for its client credit unions.
With a strong background in technology and innovation in financial services and payments, Steve is known for strategically driving business growth, and organizational transformation. Steve graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. In his spare time, you’ll find Steve making the most of every experience with his wife Sheri and sons Liam and Owen.

Tim Bornemeier is Chief Implementation Officer of Member Access Processing (MAP), a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO).
With a strong background in leading strategic initiatives in business transformation, process improvement, customer experience, operations and technology innovation, Tim helps ensure MAP delivers the highest quality service. He believes testing, refining and leveraging data-driven insights to replace assumptions delivers better solutions and is a key differentiator of MAP’s service.
Tim’s education includes a BA in Business with a finance emphasis from Doane University and a Master’s Degree in Leadership Development from Bellevue University. You’ll find Tim volunteering in his free time. Deeply invested in serving his community, Tim shares his time and expertise serving as the Chair of the Greater Lincoln Workforce Development Board and as a board member for Junior Achievement, The Lincoln Partnership of Economic Development and the Nebraska Banker’s Association.

Joyce’s guidance combined with over 23 years of operational management experience and expertise in credit union debit, credit and ATM portfolios, ensure MAP clients’ expectations are exceeded as they receive exceptional service and support. Joyce believes in MAP’s focus on continual service improvement. With a deep understanding that recognition and reputation earn MAP the opportunity to help more credit unions grow, Joyce fosters an environment where taking the initiative to make a difference is valued.

Bryn Conway is Principal of BC Consulting and serves as Chief Marketing Officer of Member Access Processing (MAP), a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO).
MAP believes in the power of strategic partnerships that can leverage talent and elevate the organization’s performance. Bryn’s successful track-record of leading change in areas of brand development, member experience and marketing strategy for credit unions made her a natural fit to lead MAP’s brand and marketing functions and upholding MAP’s commitment to exceptional service and growth for its client credit unions.
Bryn earned her Master of Business Administration from Regis University with an emphasis in Market Strategy, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wyoming. She is passionate about travel, enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and cheering on the Chicago Cubs.

Todd Gengenbach, an IT leader and consultant with over 30 years of experience, currently serves as Chief Information Officer of Member Access Processing (MAP), a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO).
At MAP, Todd plays a pivotal role in helping the CUSO deliver on its commitment to driving growth and innovation within the credit union industry. Todd’s deep understanding of technology and its ability to improve business efficiency allows MAP to provide an experience, not just a service.
Todd’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, as well as a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Technology Leadership from Bellevue University.

MAP provides credit unions with an advocate of their own when it comes to payments processing. Andrea has over two decades of strategic leadership experience in the financial services and payments landscape, with a demonstrated history of fostering growth and innovation within the credit union industry. With a strong background in driving member engagement across payment channels, she has a proven track record of developing successful strategies, championing innovation and optimizing process for credit unions.
Strongly committed to industry leadership and advancing women’s roles within the credit union movement, Andrea serves as Co-Leader for the Bay Area Sister Society of the Global Women’s Leadership Network in San Francisco.

Jeff has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry with a strong background in finance strategy, planning and accounting management. With MAP’s ability to simplify, standardize and scale complex delivery, Jeff believes these core competencies distinguish MAP from its competitors and contribute to the exceptional service provided to credit unions. Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Washington State University.
