Seattle, Wash. – July 25, 2024 – Member Access Processing (MAP), a Credit Union Service Organization, CUSO, and the leading provider of the Visa DPS Debit, Credit, ATM, and Digital Payment Processing platform to credit unions, has announced the addition of Lacy Cooper as VP of Client Services & Operations. Before joining MAP, Lacy was the Card Services Manager for a local credit union in Tacoma, WA. Lacy previously worked in MAP’s Training Department, where she facilitated group and one-on-one sessions for clients and internal staff, covering all Visa DPS product applications.

Lacy’s background includes over 10 years of team leadership and training in the financial services sector.  Her proficiencies include Card and ATM Operations, Fraud Prevention, Risk Management, Cardholder Services, Disputes Processing, and Card Compliance Oversight.
